Build slots are first-in, first-served—if you don’t book the build slot we give you in time, you’ll have to wait for our next available slot.

Once your build specifications are confirmed and you pay the 50% invoice, your build slot is locked in and you’re ready to go!

Our lead time to start a turnkey conversion is generally 8-12 weeks.

That said, from time to time there’s exceptions in our schedule due to cancellations or delays. Reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

A turnkey conversion takes approximately 3-4 weeks once we start the build.

For a turnkey conversion, our payment terms are as follows:

• 50% of the quote to confirm build slot and begin ordering

• 25% of quote once build commences

• 25% of quote upon completion

We need your van at least 1 week before your build date

Customers who cannot supply their van within the stated time frame forfeit their build slot and will be shuffled back in the production schedule.

We have van storage solutions available for additional cost if you want to provide your van earlier than a week prior to your build date.

We do not sell vans. However, we work with a reputable local dealer who can definitely help you find your van and have it delivered right to our workshop.

We offer a 1 year warranty on our craftsmanship and materials. This does not cover general wear and tear or damage from misuse.

Components such as fans, fridges and electrical items are subject to the manufacturer's warranty restrictions. However, in the event that you have a problem with any components, we are here to help you as best we can to get it sorted out.
